Is it really free to try?
Yes. Previews are free and carry no watermark — no card, no account, no sign-up. You get two to start, and a preview is yours to keep. What credits buy is size: a preview comes back at 640 px on its longest edge, and a paid download is the full-resolution file at 2K, 3K or 4K. The prices are final and published on the pricing page, and buying opens as soon as our payment setup is finished.
How long does a photo take?
We are not publishing a number yet. Our timing runs are single samples that varied widely, so any figure we printed would be a guess dressed up as a measurement. Start a preview and it runs while you keep browsing the catalog — and as soon as we have enough real runs to stand behind a typical time, it will be published right here.
Will it actually look like me?
Keeping your skin tone, your features, your hairline and your glasses is what every prompt we write is built around, with one deliberate exception: every prompt asks the model to remove freckles, moles, and blemishes (skin texture stays). Beyond that, this is a generative model, not a filter, and it does miss. A clearer front-facing photo fixes most misses: sharper input, sharper likeness. Can I use an ID-style shot for a government ID?
No. Our ID-style portraits are for commercial use — LinkedIn, a work badge, a student card, a resume. They are AI-generated, and governments reject AI-generated or AI-edited photos for official identity documents. We do not sell a government ID product, and you should not submit one of ours as one.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One clear, front-facing photo — PNG or JPG, straight off your phone is fine. Your browser shrinks most photos before they are sent, so file size is rarely something you have to think about; if one is still too large we say so and tell you how to fix it. Good light, no heavy filters, face fully visible. That is all the model needs.
What happens to my photo?
It is held in memory just long enough to make your images, sent to our AI provider (Google) to render them, and then it is gone — we never write it to a database, a bucket, or a backup. That means there is nothing to delete later, and nothing for us to sell or train on. We would rather not keep it than promise to delete it.
